Garcia Elementary School in Houston ISD has specific hours for the school day and office operations. The school office is open from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. The school day begins with the first bell at 7:30 am, and the tardy bell rings at 7:35 am. The school day concludes with dismissal from 3:00- 3:30 pm.
